Patient reviews for Dr. Craig Nobert
Dr. Nobert was friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the best course of action to take for my problem - including taking more tests before proceeding with anything more serious. I was seen right away by a nurse/assistant to take my blood pressure and to escort me to the examination room. But then it took over half an hour for Dr. Nobert to actually come in to examine me. That was the only downside of my visit.
The worst experience with a doctor I've ever had. The doctor was mean about my concerns. The waiting time was around 1.5h in the lobby and more than half an hour in the cabinet. I have had adverse reaction on the drug he prescribed me, what is not his fault, but I called the office 3 times saying that I feel bad, they said that they will leave an urgent notice to the doctor and he didn't call me in a week and a half! And they just ignored my insurance sending me the whole bill. Which was much more bigger than at other doctors. For what? For the worst experience ever.
Plain and simple; the office is not helpful. I have been trying to get information on how to proceed with my kidney stones. My initial appointment with the doctor was 10/22/18. I still have not had my calls or emails answered. This is not an exaggerated review. I have called the office a dozen times and have been promised a call back, nothing. I have sent 6 emails via the “my chart” website, no response. Time to move on.
Dr. Nobert is easily one of the best doctors I have visited in my life. He is intelligent, patient and kind. He takes the time to explain everything to you and does not rush in to ordering procedures, opting instead to get a full picture before making a decision. I highly recommend Dr. Nobert.
Trustworthy, professional, likable person. Good advice and manners. No complaints at all.
Dr Nobert is the third urologist I've consulted, and the first who actually listened to my concerns, took the time to answer all my questions, quickly relieved my worst fears, and suggested a promising, tolerable approach to treatment. He's great.
Dr. Nobert went through several important health related subject, to the point and precise.
Great Dr. Took the time to understand the issue and explained things very well to me. Didn’t jump automatically to a surgery recommendation.
I used to have severe BPH and huge retention. During the last year I ended up in a hospital (twice) with pyelonephritis and was discharged with a Foley catheter. After the Button Turp procedure performed by Dr. Norbert the retention is completely gone and now I feel as a normal man again and couldn't be happier. Everything is OK after almost 6 months, thank you Dr. Norbert!
Prompt and professional. Dr. Norbert was very patient, thorough and answered all of my questions. That's the way it should be.
Dr. Nobert apologized for the wait, and got to work. He asked pertinent questions and was able to diagnose my symptoms right away. He developed a game plan to start, and will follow up with tests in the coming few weeks. Thank you Dr. Nobert!
he was very thorough with me, I would recommend. Good bedside manner
Dr. Nobert is very professional. He was good at making me at ease discussing different topics. I also liked how he gave me his recommendations on certain matters, but also gave me the freedom to choose if I wanted additional studies conducted despite him not considering necessary. His knowledge of cutting edge medical research studies made me feel I was getting the best possible care. Dr. Nobert was very good at explaining how different medications work at a molecular level. I just wish I did not have to wait 1 hour and 50 minutes to see him.
Extremely thorough. Sat down and took the time to explain everything. Wonderful bedside manner and did not rush. Highly recommend
Dr Nobert was very easy going and Informative. We discussed my situation and he presented me with multiple options without any pressure. Glad I made the appointment!
Dr. C. Nobert is very professional. He explains things to you so you can understand. He tells you the truth. Not the type to have you come back & forth for no reason at all. I highly recommend him.
He was great
It was premature as he had not received the report from my Doctor giving the reason for his referral. I will be seeing him again in early July.
Excellent physician and will go above and beyond to ensure great patient care
had to wait a while, but it was because the doctor had a full schedule and given how thorough he is in taking him time explaining everything to me, it made sense why I had to wait for a while. Nurses were friendly and helpful. Dr. Nobert was very helpful and I would definitely go back.
I went for my scheduled appointment and the doctor was out of the office. Completely unprofessional.
i waited an hour and a half to be seen and all the staff had left at that point except for the doctor.
Professional staff all around. Friendly and polite.
Very down to earth guy. He seems very committed to his particular specialty without seeing everything in terms of revenue. He gave me straight answers without platitudes.
Very professional. Took his time to answer all of my questions.
