He completed both his residency in urology and a residency in general surgery at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Nobert served as a chief resident in department of urology at North Shore University Hospital and Cornell University. He also completed his fellowship in urology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and holds a master’s degree in molecular biology from San Diego State University.

Dr Nobert was terrific. He's through in answering questions and respectful of the patient at all times. His assistant named Shannon (I think?) was also great and thorough in setting the patient up before the meeting with the doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Nobert and was happy to have a return visit after quite some time. I have had only good experiences with him, and appreciate his friendly yet frank manner. The office staff was very friendly. My wait time for this visit was exceptionally long. I saw the doctor at just after 6pm for a 4:45 pm appointment. But, all medical offices are facing the challenge of reduces schedules and social distancing considerations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so I was prepared for for a long wait.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Nobert for about 6 years now. I found him to be a very competent Urologist. In addition he listens well, explains things in easy to understand terms, and makes sure to answer all of your questions without making you feel rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Nobert.

Dr. Nobert was friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the best course of action to take for my problem - including taking more tests before proceeding with anything more serious.
I was seen right away by a nurse/assistant to take my blood pressure and to escort me to the examination room. But then it took over half an hour for Dr. Nobert to actually come in to examine me. That was the only downside of my visit.

The worst experience with a doctor I've ever had.
The doctor was mean about my concerns. The waiting time was around 1.5h in the lobby and more than half an hour in the cabinet. I have had adverse reaction on the drug he prescribed me, what is not his fault, but I called the office 3 times saying that I feel bad, they said that they will leave an urgent notice to the doctor and he didn't call me in a week and a half! And they just ignored my insurance sending me the whole bill. Which was much more bigger than at other doctors. For what? For the worst experience ever.

Plain and simple; the office is not helpful. I have been trying to get information on how to proceed with my kidney stones. My initial appointment with the doctor was 10/22/18. I still have not had my calls or emails answered.
This is not an exaggerated review. I have called the office a dozen times and have been promised a call back, nothing.
I have sent 6 emails via the “my chart” website, no response.
Time to move on.

I used to have severe BPH and huge retention. During the last year I ended up in a hospital (twice) with pyelonephritis and was discharged with a Foley catheter. After the Button Turp procedure performed by Dr. Norbert the retention is completely gone and now I feel as a normal man again and couldn't be happier. Everything is OK after almost 6 months, thank you Dr. Norbert!
