A total waste of time. The provider (Dr Valenzuela) was not available — booked Aug 16, the provider was available starting mid Sept— and was “automatically booked with a NP” instead. The NP didn’t show up after an hour of wait.
There is definitely a problem between ZocDoc and the Doctor’s office. The doctor appeared as available when he was not, and he was changed after the fact to a NP without consulting me. The SMS reminder that I received the morning of the appointment still showed the Doctor’s name (not the NP).
