No words can express how this doctor is. Just when you thought doctors don't care, she is one that does. All this time the other ones treated me like everyone else. She actually listened and took time to figure out the problem and gave me options. Don't let the outside fool you. I'd rather have quality care than quality tv's.

Had appointment set for 12pm, took extended lunch to be seen. Filled out paperwork online so I did not see need to arrive at appointment extremely early. A couple fields on paperwork needed to be completed which I did in about 3 minutes. I was told someone would see me to take vitals in "just a minute" 45 minutes later I still had not been see . Was told I was up next and again someone would be with me shortly. At about 1pm I stopped holding my breath as there was a room full of people who had been there before me that had still not been seen. Receptionist was very unprofessional, dirty appearance, coughing into hand, but was pleasant until I told her I didn't have time to wait any longer. I let her know I had other appointments, she was condescending and said my appointment was actually at 12:20 (which i was not informed of) and all new patients need to be 20 minutes early. Either way, 40 minutes to 1hr to me is an unacceptable amount of time to be seen for an APPOINTMENT. Due to the unprofessional nature of the office I will not return or recommend to anyone.

I love the personality of the staff and the Dr. They are very welcoming and friendly. The only downside, and for me, this is a MAJOR downside, is the asthetics. It looks and feels like a third world free clinic. VERY old rooms including waiting room, outdated medical technologies (still using a lot of paper) and very minimal decor. If appearance and technology are not a big deal, you will LOVE this office. I will probably still go back because the Dr was so nice.
