I believe in looking beyond the surface of symptoms to understand the whole person. My treatment plans incorporate evidence-based medication management alongside lifestyle modifications, education, and supportive therapy techniques. Longer and more frequent appointments allow me to provide personalized, in-depth care that goes beyond a quick prescription. This extended time gives us space to explore your unique experiences, identify root causes of challenges, and develop a plan that truly works for you.
Whether you’re a student balancing academic pressures, a young professional managing career demands, or simply seeking guidance on your mental health journey, I strive to create a welcoming and supportive space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll work towards lasting growth and healing—because you deserve a life that feels fulfilling and aligned with who you are.
In person appointments are available in Newport, TN on Fridays.
