The doctor was very knowledgeable and pleasant, but the receptionists were much less so. My appointment was originally requested over a week in advance through Zoc Doc, but the receptionists do not respond or accept requests made, leaving one quite frustrated and confused as to why this office even uses this platform. After I took time off work and showed up for my original appointment, I had to reschedule due to the receptionist issues.

I had a great visit with Dr. Ross. I appreciated his empathy, as he helped me understand my issue and addressed my concerns, and also the clarity with which he laid out the risks and possibilities for me.

It is his goal to promote the health of his patients through education and by providing innovative and high-quality healthcare. Dr Ross is calm and confident in his bedside manner. He is easy to talk to and inspires comfort while dealing with issues that I would typically consider unpleasant in nature. His desire to set follow up appointments made me feel like he cared about me as a patient and wanted to make sure my issue was resolved. Highly recommended.

Setting up the appointment was quick and easy.
I was called the day before to confirm the appointment and since it was my first time there, I was advised to arrive 20-30 minutes early in order to fill out the paperwork. I arrived 30 minutes early and was seen by the doctor at the appointed time.
Dr Ross was quick and thorough and took time to answer any questions I had.
I have a follow up visit in 2 weeks.
