Dr. Muller has loved medicine since she was a teenager when she read novels about medicine and doctors. She was moved by the compassion of the doctors and healing they performed on their patients and knew it was what she wanted to do. She grew up in Lima, Peru and attended Cayetano Heredia Peruvian University Medical School where she finished in the top 9% of her class. From there she completed her internship and internal medicine residency at one of the premier integrated health care delivery systems in the country; Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, Michigan. She has extensive experience as an internist and primary care doctor including working at Medical Center of Lewisville as a Hospitalist before she joined White Rock Internal Medicine. She also volunteers at a free clinic on Saturdays. Her compassion for her patients is seen by everyone that knows her.
Dr. Muller's husband is a doctor as well. They have four children under the age of 12; one boy and three girls. In her free time Dr. Muller likes to practice what she preaches in keeping healthy by going to the gym, biking, and going for walks. She is fluent in Spanish.
