Patient reviews for Dr. Gary Goff
It took a bit to get back in to actually start my appt, but once I got in the exam room, everyone was so caring and friendly! Dr. Goff was great, very personable and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend!
Dr. Goff and his staff were professional and timely, his office is in a convenient location, and he cared about getting me well- I highly recommend
My first visit was a really good one. I had my kids and baby chihuahua with me and the staff and doctor were accommodating with animals as I was hesitant to bring my dog
Dr. Goff was great! Great new patient experience. Told me enough information about several of the symptoms, very thourough yet not overbearing.
As a first time patient I was satisfied with my visit,we shall see
Very puntual and Professional.
Dr Goff was helpful, kind and funny! Will definitely be back, he made me feel comfortable and welcome at his office.
I waited a little more than anticipated, but it seemed pretty busy. I’d say that the good outweighed the wait time. Everyone was friendly, kind, and respected the time I had spent there.
Dr. Goff is friendly, thorough and is considerate of insurance/financial concerns. He seems very knowledgeable and up to date on the latest treatment options.
He was very nice. He took care of me and got me where i needed to be as far as referrals right away. Excellent dr!
The overall appt went fine . And dr. Gary was amazing :) But at the end I was just given my papers and was told I could leave . NOOONE took the time to sit down with me and tell me what medications I’d be taking or even what was prescribed to me . No one told me what I should do about my problem . They ran tests and then told me to come back in two weeks . After asking the women at the desk they gave me enough details that I knew I was supposed to pick up pain medication .. but they hadn’t even established my pharmacy with me until I went out of my way to come BACK to the window . Apparently according to my worksheet I was being referred . But no one told me that either . Lovely people and great visit overall but definitely need to have Better protocol for after the visit and explaining what happens next. I still don’t know what half the things under the medications tab on my sheet means .. seems pretty important . Also no tips on how to help / aleaviate the symptoms I was experiencing currently .
Everyone at the office was friendly and professional. Despite the wait time, the visit with the doctor and his staff was great.
He was great wait time was long but they did everything in there power to try me done to get to my next appointment. Will definitely use hom again for any of my wellness needs
I could not find the building and finally realized it’s across the street from the hospital. My wait time wasn’t long but I’m really disappointed that I still haven’t gotten my prescription filled, the doctor prescribed and inhaler that my insurance didn’t cover, the pharmacy called the doctor for two days and no response. I also sent a message through their website and still no response or inhaler. It’s been 4 days since my appointment.
Dr.Goff listen to you carefully and take me health issues seriously. Before I come to Dr.Goff I was miserable, sleeping half of my day, no energy to do anything related to health issues but he really take care of his patients and he refer you to a good specialist in their area. Thanks Dr.Goff for making me feel better and have more energy.
They do a very good job of making you feel at home. Their office is wonderful, the staff is caring and the medical staff is kind and professional. They listen very well to your problem. The only gripe was how long you are left in your room between seeing different staff and you aren't always sure what you are waiting for.
Dr. Goff and his office are very lovely and caring. Wile at times the wait can be longer than usual, it is a doctors office, thing can go wrong with patients and running behind is an expected occasional occurrence. Overall, the attention to treatment and care is very good.
The visit was alright. Once we were seen into a room and they took my weight, height and blood pressure (you know, the necessary), it probably took about 20-30 minutes to actually see the doctor (after they were supposedly closed) and then he continued to talk about random things besides what I was there for. Otherwise, sure, I would recommend him.
The people are very friendly. Overall great experience from check in to check out...however the wait time to be seen was over an hour. Dr. Goff apologized for the delay and I got the impression that the long wait isn't typical or what I should expect in the future. I certainly recommend!
Oh my gosh, this is the best doctor I've seen as an adult. I mean it. The nurses were nice, and as someone who is chronically ill, do you know how refreshing it is to have a doctor not question your authenticity? He wanted to sincerely help and I honestly can't wait for the next appointment. Any other chronically ill people/Spoonies in the area: this is the man to go to.
Everyone was very friendly. Wait time was just the amount of time i would expect to wait to be seen. I was also a brand new payient. Great experience!
Incredible doctor - very detailed and helpful
These people are amazing. I have an extensive medical history that has made me extremely wary of doctors. I've moved many times around the country as well so i've had to find new general practitioners more times than i can count. After seeing them just once, I can honestly and sincerely say, that i trust these people whole-heartedly. They were absolutely wonderful, patient, and empathic. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has doctor phobias and to everyone else as well.
He was very informative and listened to me and was immediately proactive with tests and future tests. I have alot of issues going on and hopefully I'll get answers after my results.
i visited Dr. Goff atleast 3 times and waited more than 45 minutes in the doctors office every time, after being called in. It was very frustrating.
Miss Elizabeth was very thorough and personable!
Wonderful experience! The staff was friendly, I was able to see Dr Bermann in a timely manner and she was very helpful in explaining everything!
Dr. Goff was very knowledgeable and straight to the point about my questions. He also gave valuable information about some other minor issues I was having. Will definitely continue to use him as mu doctor.
It listens to your concerns and explains everything to you.great dr
Great! I finally found a group of physicians who care. Loved my little nurse assistant who was very, very helpful. Thank all of you for your service.
Excellent overall experience. Dr. Goff was very informative and helpful. The nurses were delightful. Easiest blood draw I’ve had too!
Overall, I enjoyed my time at Dr. Goff's office. Total time for a physical and blood test was 2 hours. I did have to wait roughly 30 minutes before being seen and then about 15 minutes to do the blood test, but the people I worked with were professional, timely and kind.
Very professional and kind and listens to his patients
I hate the wait but I like the doctors.
Not impressed at all. The nurse practitioner seemed to be uneducated on medications. Definitely won’t be returning.
It appears that I was booked at a bad time. Dr Goff had a meeting conflict so everything was super rushed. I felt pushed off and would have rather come back when there wasn’t a conflict. Wasn’t happy.
A Fantastic Dr who listens. He walks you through any and all scenarios to arrive at diagnosis. Also explains in detail which medicines are being prescribed and why. And...he doesn’t rush.
Dr. Goff was personable, friendly, and seemed to really care. He took the time to answer my questions.
My experience with Dr. Goff for an initial visit after I moved here from out of state was exceptionally thorough. I'm elderly and I was in poor health, feeling very sick. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. He addressed every health issue, ordered necessary tests for the following day, and changed my medications for the better. He patiently explained everything with detailed examples so I would understand how things work. His office squeezed me in for this urgent appointment while balancing an office full of end of the day patients. He was trained at UT Southwestern, very sharp guy!
Fast and efficient team.
My visit was awesome , Dr. Gary was very informative and professional also his staff team. I adored the nurse who withdrew blood from me she was so nice and she knew what she was doing .
I was so pleased with the staff and how cordial they were
Went in for a long term headache. Was sent for a CT scan, got one follow up phone call from a nurse that everything came back normal. Still have headache a month later and no other follow up. Had to make an appointment with a neurologist my self. Referral for other issue with urologist never contacted me. Seemed like a nice office but a lot of things seem to fall through the cracks.
Very attentive and understanding. Easy to talk to.
Once I got into the room, I waited close to an hour to see the doctor. However, I would not mind waiting again because his bedside manner was wonderful, he listened to me and my needs, and offered advice. Besides having to wait to long, it was a well-informed appointment. Will definitely be going back!
Great doctor! There were some appointments running late, which delayed everyone, but the doctor himself was very professional and helpful.
People and Doc were nice enough. Only the wait was a little long, but not longer than most other practices. Satisfied with the appointment and will return.
