When I first got to the office I was met with a registrar that seemed to not know what was going on. She had no idea what I was talking about when I referred to this web site and having already filled out the forms. She also requested my insurance information and was very unhelpful when I was unclear what the insurance was. I work in the lab and understand patient interaction and this interaction was awkward and left me feeling as though I had done something wrong. Her social interactions left much to be desired but as I wathced her interactions with other patients I did not notice the same treatment. As a first time patient I was not given a great impression. However, when I was brough back by Amy, I was met with enthusiasm and a great mood. She was very informative and helpful. OD Rimeit was great as well and made me feel like she was really taking her time with my eyes.

Cynthia was patient and when I stated the right eye wasn't as good as the left. She began refitting my right eye.. She troubleshot the issue exactly the right way .. To her and I's fear we came up with the same numbers as before. (Would lead to no better improvement) She did notice the way the lens sat on my eye showed something was odd. (I know that toric lenses rotate based on what part of the egg shape it fits to ) She decided to give me a couple extra lenses (with minor differences) to take home and try and told me I could call in.. and from that we'd make a final prescription! AMAZING SERVICE

I appreciate her patience and demeanor. I have had 5 contact lens fittings with other places such as walmart or binion optical. I am *very* hard to satisfy. I leave often very unhappy (though I wont show it) often feel that one contact is the wrong size and the other the wrong power. HOWEVER [With Cynthia] for the first time I feel like both contact lenses (the trials (therefore the prescriptions)) are correctly fitted and powered! AMAZING JOB!
