I like the Doctor she was amazing but they don't have really good staff, the assistant was ineffective, she even couldn't use the card machine, she didn't know how to response to the situation, she was not even interested in giving at least other options, to fix the problem, she seemed very lazy wanting to evade everything, it was quite inefficient. I suggest changing the assistant or giving such a better training.

Dr. Vuittonet is absolutely amazing. I have been avoiding the doctors for so long because every doctor I have had was not helpful and was hard to actually talk too. Dr. Vuittonet took her time with me, actually listened and made me feel so comfortable. It felt like I knew her for years. I am very happy I found her and would highly recommend her!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. V. She is, quite literally, the best I've ever seen. She is attentive, compassionate, warm, extremely knowledgeable, and really listens to my concerns. We came up with a plan to get my health and weight back on track; she monitors my progress regularly and we celebrate small successes. I now have real hope that i will begin to recover and she has been the ONLY doctor i've seen that has given me that hope. I've expressed my gratitude to her and she assures me that she puts her patients first no matter what. And honestly, she's not joking. I feel truly cared for by her and I will never see another primary care doctor as long as i have access to her. Love love love Dr. V!!!

The receptionist wasn’t pleasant.. made me feel extremely uncomfortable and made it a problem that I had Medicaid and told me “You supposed to bring the card with you!” (I haven’t received my HMO card yet. But, I am covered) I had to call my insurance to get a Medicaid # to verify it for her. She rolled her eyes and dismissed me. I was pretty bummed out after that because I was so excited originally to finally get in to see a doctor!
***HOWEVER, the doctor on the other hand did her best and answered all my questions and was very nice & friendly. She made great suggestions and really gave me good details.
Yes, I would recommend the doctor, but tread lightly with the receptionist, she’s defiantly not a people pleaser.
