After waiting an hour in the online waiting room I had to call the office to let them know I had to leave and could not wait any longer for the appointment that I made. She then informed me that she could let the doctor know and he would be with me in just one minute. At that point, I really did have to leave but the fact that he was over an hour late to our appointment, but would have been able to come right away when I called is a definite red flag to me. I am also a provider and the thought of leaving someone waiting for that long when I could easily step in and see them if needed baffles me. Staff was very kind and courteous though and tried to help the situation so may try again if I needed to but If forced to wait that long again 100% would not return.
