Cynthia was VERY understanding and a FANTASTIC listener. She got all my needs met right away. The staff the joined her were AMAZING and made an excellent suggestion about my work (I do need another job. It's not worth killing my body to work here). She's been one of the best doctor's I've seen so far. Especially her and her associates sympathy for my condition. Highly recommended her for that. Thank you soo much for your help!

Would not recommended visiting unless you have an urgent care concern. Expected an annual wellness screening, and was disappointed with the service received. Prepare for long wait times on days where patients are requesting COVID testing. If first time visiting, filling the out patient info forms in advance is a wise idea, but don’t expect paper versions of any forms as everything is sent digitally.

This office doesn’t use zocdoc! They didn’t know of my appointment and I had to wait as a walk in. When I was seen, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. The male doctor made me feel uncomfortable and didn’t really listen.

I felt cared for and not rushed. Dr. Wollenschlager was great. She listened to all my concerns and put my mind to rest and explained everything . Office staff warm and friendly, I definitely recommend this office for all your medical needs. Office hours and walk in policy is very convenient.

Dr Wallenschlager was excellent, and came in post Covid test to ensure that there were no additional or serious potential health concerns. She walked me through their testing timeline (48-72hrs) or more rapid PCR Test options. Also DupageImmediateCare allows you to reserve or hold your place online via their website - when you register. They text when they;re ready to see you (approx 30-1hr prior to the appt). And you can wait in your car until youre time is ready. Highly recommend!

I’m not even sure that I met with this doctor. The doctor that I did me however was very nice. My biggest concern was the wait time. I even booked an online appointment just to be told that the clinic doesn’t take appointments when I got there. I had to wait about five hours before I was seen. If they do not take appointments the ZocDoc app as well as the next patient link need to be edited.
