Dr. Daljeet Rai is a board certified, full spectrum family physician (including obstetrics & gynecology) who provides care for patients from birth to end of life. Having grown up in San Jose, he is proud to provide health care to his community. Dr. Rai has particular interest in obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, procedural health, adolescent health, mental health, and disaster medicine.
