No proper instruments to remove ear wax. Was charged quite a lot for just checking the ears. Avoid Parikh Health and Kinnari Shah at all costs.

I had a fantastic experience at Parikh Health. The office was spacious and kept very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helped me check in for my appointment smoothly. I was assisted by the physician assistant and mentioned that I had come in to see Kinnari about pain in my left shoulder. She performed a thorough assessment, reassured me that it wasn’t a serious injury, and recommended physical therapy.
I am currently doing physical therapy at Parikh Health, where they have a variety of equipment and different therapies designed to help people recover from injuries and manage chronic pain. Doctor Bhatwala is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and attentive. I already feel a great deal of relief after just a few sessions. I would highly recommend Parikh Health to everyone looking for quality care and a supportive recovery experience.

PA Kinnari was friendly and put me at ease right away. I had a thorough annual exam and she was efficient with my prescriptions, blood test and answering all my questions.
Location - pleasant, clean, and asthetically modern. Easy to find parking.
Staff - The medical assistant was very nice. The front desk is what one has come to expect. PA Dave is absolutely fantastic when PA Kinnari was on Mat leave.
Overall, a good experience at the location. I've also done a video follow up with PA Kinnari and she was great.

I was seen at Sutter Health on a Sunday, they did a throat culture for strep. The quick strep test came back negative, but when the physician saw me, they wanted to do the culture that takes longer to get results back. Needless to say they never got the test results back in a timely manner. I called on Tuesday afternoon, she saw me video call right away and gave me a very strong antibiotic. I immediately started to feel better after a day and a half. When I had another video call with her to go over my lab results, I immediately thanked her and I told her how effective the treatment was!
