I am an ANCC board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner passionate about helping people achieve mental wellness. I received my Bachelor’s in Nursing from the University of Delaware and served in several nursing fields, including as a medic in the Army Reserve. In 2021, I earned my Master’s in Nursing at National University, where I focused on psychiatric care. I specialize in psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy, particularly for depression, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD. My unique focus is on ADHD, a condition I’ve observed and experienced personally. I take a holistic approach to care, recognizing the importance of culture, race, and ethnicity in shaping mental health, and I strive to offer culturally appropriate care that addresses the unique needs of each individual.
