As a Clinical Supervisor at The Soho Center, I am honored to play a role in training the next generation of therapists. This responsibility not only allows me to contribute to the professional growth of emerging clinicians, but also keeps my own clinical skills sharp. By remaining in a constant state of “teaching mode,” I ensure that my clients receive the most thoughtful, current, and effective version of my clinical work. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for my clients to feel empowered and accepted. Through a collaborative approach, we may work together to support your needs and explore the ways you can cultivate positive change in your life. Working closely with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, or interpersonal issues, I offer personalized support to help navigate these challenges. Drawing from this experience, let's collaborate to explore your concerns, develop coping strategies, and foster resilience. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral (DBT), as well as Psychodynamic therapy. However, I pull from many modalities to provide personalized care for each unique individual. My educational background includes an M.A. in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Carolina.
