Very easy to talk to. Provided good, thorough explanation and happily answered questions. Seems knowledgeable and competent. Left the office with a plan and feeling like my issue will be well addressed. Was only my first visit so it's too soon to know if I will recommend him but I am optimistic.
Wait time was longer than expected. The office opened at 8:00, my appt was for 8:30, and I was called at ~9:05.

The doctor came in and thoroughly examined my shoulder and took my concerns seriously. He made sure to keep me aware of my condition and explained all of my options to me so I understand. He is very personable and understanding.
