“There was a major mismatch from zocdoc and what this doctor provided. I told zocdoc that I had an ingrown toenail. When I arrived at the doctor they couldn’t do anything for me. That was a total of a round trip drive of 70 miles to the doctor. I put in a formal compliant through zocdoc for misleading me to the wrong doctor. N I look back, there were many other doctors that recommended and not qualified to work on an ingrown toenail. I would not recommend zocdoc. Sure they could get you an appt but your medical issue will not be solved. Of course zocdoc still gets paid for nothing.”

“This was the most productive doctor’s visit I have ever experienced. I felt genuinely heard, cared for, and validated. Dr. A was professional, kind, and non-judgmental. Her compassion for what I have concerns about truly shows. I feel that as a Dr. she truly is invested in my well-being. Dr. A showed true interest in the issues I expressed and I feel she is truly invested in not just taking care of the things I have an issue with, but she cares enough to get to the true root of my issues. I feel that my symptoms won’t just be taken care of, but that I will be able to monitor my over all health and the deeper seated issues that cause the concerns I came in for. Dr. A has made me feel there is hope to getting to the root of my issues and treating them. And she was able to motivate me to keep seeking answers regarding my help, and feel supported in doing so. I cannot recommend Dr. A enough. She will be recommended to my whole family. Her staff was also absolutely wonderful.”

I drove for 1 hour and when I go there office is closed nobody is there in the office. Make sure doctor office is aware of the appointment . Don’t waste anyone else time

Good doctor, great bedside manner, but next steps after the appointment can be communicated more clearly to and by front desk staff. Had to go back to clarify regarding when prescriptions would be sent. Unfortunately, there was a delay in sending the Rx and I had to call several times to follow up and couldn't get through to the office

There was plenty of parking, the office staff was very friendly and welcoming. The doctor was a great listener and communicator. She took the time to listen to my concerns and it was clear she cared about me understanding what she was saying. This was probably one of the most productive doctor's office visits I have ever had.
