It was my first visit and I was very impressed with Dr. Aldrich's office operation as well as the doctor himself. Very little wait with a very competent staff. Highly recommend! Brent J.
Dr. Aldrich was thorough, compassionate and unwilling to end the appointment until he had come to a complete understanding of the issue. I was allowed plenty of time to explain my symptoms. I was comfortable with his diagnosis and treatment.
We saw Dr Duhon, he was fantastic
The time to see the doctor was fine. Waiting to be giving the shot, was terrible, I have RA, the room I was in was very cold and all my joints was hurting so bad I was in tears. Waited over 45 minutes, got up to leave, and was ask what was wrong. Dr. Aldrich was there and said he would give the shot. Got the shot, right then. I like Dr. Aldrich, but would have a hard time going back to that clinic.
Staff was very nice .
Very professional. He listened and took a very pragmatic approach, without pushing any unnecessary treatment protocols.
Had a great visit. Dr. Aldrich and all his staff were very kind and professional.
He's a fine doctor. Has great friendly staff. Clean quiet environment too.
Dr. Aldrich and his staff were all very polite and professional, as well as timely. First time there - so far so great !
The entire staff was very nice and helpful. Dr Aldrich addressed my questions...
Excellent diagnosis and treatment options given. Not sure how you found him; he moved from Dallas County to Rockwall County, and your pop-up came about after the search for him in Dallas was not fruitful
Great doctor and staff
The receptionist was friendly and efficient. Dr. Aldrich was professional and spent the time I felt was needed. The PA gave me an injection and was great!
Staff and Dr. Aldrich were great. My entire appointment, which included a small surgical procedure, took less than an hour. I highly recommend them.
The consultation was great! He was very friendly and knowledgable as well as his staff.
Didn't give much information and explain why surgery was needed. Had to get a second opinion for peace of mind.
Awesome visit, can see my orthopedic needs being fiiled.
I though the wait time was excessive - appeared to be due to overbooking and not due to an emergency. The staff were all extremely nice and professional. We didn't actually see the doctor; we saw his P.A. and she was very good.
I would recommend. Thorough, to the point. X-ray and MRI services on cite as well as pt.
GOT THERE EARLY BUT GOT RIGHT IN - NO WAIT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL
Got no remedy for my hip pain except for a referral to physical therapist.
Dr. Aldrich was absolutely wonderful. He had some of an understanding of my rare connective tissue disease, yet he also had no problem admitting that he wasn't an expert on it, so he listened to a lot of what I had to say regarding my situation and didn't once make any attempt to show superiority based on the fact that he had the medical degree and I did not. , which, is unfortunately very rare when it comes to my experience with doctors. He also did not show any desire to jump right i to surgery, something else that's also very rare when it comes to my disease. Overall, he was very compassionate, understanding, and treated me like any other patient as opposed to a bit of a circus freak, asking to see the different "tricks" that I can do and whatnot. Which is another thing that happens quite often. His staff was absolutely a joy, I was on crutches and I didn't have to carry my purse the entire time I was there, every door was opened for me, the x-ray technician had a wonderful demeanor and was very gentle when it came to moving my ankle, and his physician's assistant was also extremely sweet and caring. Altogether they were great team and you could tell they genuinely wanted to help. I would recommend them to anyone in need of an orthopedic surgeon.
The Best! He knew my issue and took his time to explain the procedure. He answered all of my concerns and we took care of it right then. Great experience and this DR really cares!
Today was my first visit. Dr Aldrich and his aids were very helpful in explaining my knee problem. The shot I was given helped overcome the pain. I am to return in 2 weeks, so will learn more about my knee problem.
Dr. Aldrich was great! He called to follow up with MRI results immediately on his day off. And his staff was fabulous as well.
It was so easy and right to the point.
