About Dr. Arash Bidgoli

He is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the Association of Academic Physiatrists, and the American Osteopathic Association. Dr. Bidgoli earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of North Texas. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. His focus is on pain originating from spinal disorders, but he has also trained extensively in many musculoskeletal conditions, including arthritis, sprains and strains, and sports-related injuries. He is particularly interested in electrodiagnostics and neuromuscular disorders. His osteopathic background has instilled a whole-person approach to patient care, and he strongly believes that the mind, body, and spirit are interrelated and function as a unit. He emphasizes and encourages a multidisciplinary approach to effective pain management to restore function and improve quality of life. When Dr. Bidgoli is not in the office tending to patients' needs, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his beautiful wife and their three children, embracing life and family.
