I liked Dr. Faustin. He's really nice and very professional. I was unable to stay with him and his practice, but he was genuinely happy for me and wished me the best.
I waited a REALLY long time to be seen for my appointments. Other than that, everything went well.

It is great he has Saturday hours, but the wait is 3 hours long past your appointment. He did take time out on a Sunday night to call me and discuss my results so I went to see him a second time. He was very rough and I left in pain both times I saw him. When I let him and the nurse know I was in pain they both brushed me off as if I was being dramatic. But the pain I experienced is not normal and I would never go back to him,

Absolutely unbelievable that I had to wait nearly 3 hours to be see by Dr. Faustin. And even then, there was no urgency on his end to wrap up quickly once he finally DID get to see me. I had to leave the room several times to find someone -- ANYONE -- to ask what was taking so long before the appointment, during the appointment, and even after the appointing, when all I needed was the prescription. There is 0 need to take me into your office to "talk about my options" when you could've given me a prescription while I was in the room so that I could be on my way. The one blessing is that his front desk lady was immensely helpful, trying to help me get moving.

The office charged my insurance incorrectly, leaving me with an unnecessary charge. They office is now not answering my calls and I'm extremely frustrated. I also waited to be examined for over an hour while undressed.
