Dr. Fleming and staff are absolutely superb at what they do. I took my elderly mother to see him for ear fluid she had been suffering with for over 6-months going from doctor to doctor. The retention of this fluid caused her irritability, heaviness on the head and face, ear infections, hearing loss, imbalance, and crazy blood pressure issues. On several occasions she had been placed on antibiotic without success. Dr. Fleming walked in and in no time provided diagnosis and recommendations. She selected removal of the fluid immediately and without hesitation Dr. Fleming ordered sedative and tools. The procedure was done in a few minutes and my mother walked out a happy new woman without pain. The heaviness was gone and she was again able to hear family on the cell phone. She has been very talkative and happy. Dr. Fleming is very skilled and will not hurt you, we highly recommend him. He is patient and explains everything very well.

I had a really good experience with Dr. Fleming. The staff was very professional. Dr. Fleming was excellent, easy to talk to and he took time to explain all the details of my treatment. Even when it was a long wait to see the doctor, it was worth it.

A native of Michigan, Dr. Fleming is a summa cum laude graduate of Albion College and the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor. After serving as a Flight Surgeon in the Air Force, he received his residency training in Otolaryngology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and is Board Certified. Upon completion of his residency training, Dr. Fleming joined the practice in 2002. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and has served as Clinical Faculty in the Christus Santa Rosa Family Practice Residency Program. Dr. Fleming sees patients at our Northwest and Downtown offices. He sees adults and children for general ENT issues.

Knowledgeable, patient, thorough. This was a routine checkup and he was helpful to lay out a plan of action, for best care results and gave direction for some related, indirect symptoms, to address preventative action related to TMJ.
Overall, I feel Dr Fleming met all my expectations, and when he learned I was on a very tight time allowance for this appointment, his staff offered options that would accommodate my allowed time for the appointment. I was able to complete my full appointment and still be on time for my next one,. This service did exceed my expectations. I would recommend this Doctor to others.

Dr. Fleming did a wonderful job in the year that we have been seeing him. I do think the wait time is a little long but I guess it's with every doctor these days! He is a happy person and put my mind at ease each time we saw him. I would recommend him to others!!!!

The office was very busy and I waited over an hour and half to be seen. I asked the Dr. about this and he did apologize and say that he never knows what he will see with each patient. This tells me that he doesn't rush his patients out the door, so I can live with that, though I wasn't happy with the wait. He was very professional and friendly. Overall, I was happy with the service.

It was a God-incidence that my husband was able to see Dr. Fleming. My husband is a singer, and we live in San Marcos, and Dr. Fleming was the only one who had openings at the last minute. We had a show that my husband had to sing at and was losing his voice. Dr. Fleming happened to be the only one in that office that actually works with vocalist all the time, and took excellent care of him, and my husband was able to sing that night, and the whole weekend. The odds of finding a professional who helps vocalist all the time is one in a million. Thank you Jesus and Dr. Fleming for taking care of my husband! We know who to go to next time!
