The doctor is friendly and easy to talk to. Phone calls were not returned in a timely manner. MRI results I provided for the doctor were not given to him so he had not reviewed them before he saw me. Iwas charged a no-show fee when I had cancelled an appointment three different times. The charge was waived when I explained what had occurred.
