The doctor is friendly and easy to talk to. Phone calls were not returned in a timely manner.
MRI results I provided for the doctor were not given to him so he had not reviewed them before he saw me.
I was charged a no-show fee when I had cancelled an appointment three different times. The charge was waived when I explained what had occurred.

Normally all of my visits to Dr. Fredrick are professional and he is very caring. Today, there was a scheduling error which made the appointment run a bit late but the staff (office mgr) took care of the problem and got me in and taken care of. Most of my appts here are on time!
