He was very professional and helpful and kind. Just waiting was very long, people less patient would probably end up leaving.

He is one of the best eye doctors in the city, unfortunately that means you have to wait a bit. I am becoming more patience.
Verified patient
Dr. seemed ok (and staff was wonderful!) but your scheduled time means nothing, expect to possibly wait hours.

Very nice office in Queens with a friendly back end staff who happen to be well cordinated in their work.
Long wait. When I was finally seen the doctor was multitasking with other patients. Really bad experience.
It's a very comprehensive exam and everyone is very pleasant and competent but the wait time is too long.

Wait times are unacceptably long. The office appears to overbook patients and the appointments do not start on time. If you make an appointment you will need a few hours of your day to wait.
This visit was awful!! Awful awful!! It took me over 1 hour to see an technician to get the ball rolling, and they had me in and out of many offices doing all sorts of test on eyes, but this was a decoy because the doctor was not on the premises, I waited for almost 3 hours and the doctor still did not show up!! I only learned about the doctor not being present when the receptionist came in and whispered to the technician about him running late, after waiting almost 3 hours. They need to inform patients of this and not playing games having patients moving from office to office buying time for the doctor to show up!! I would not recommend this place unless you have the entire day to waste!!!
Verified patient
I waited over 4 hours to be seen by a doctor. the doctor didn't listen well stared as phone ignored me as I spoke I would not recommend this place speaking to patients it's always like this

Very good.
Very knowledgeable.
Very good. The Dr. really cares.
Great visit. Only thing was the wait was long.
Long wait, the staff was lovely but the doctor was rude and abrupt, yelling at his staff the whole time. The doctor didn’t seem concerned with making sure I understood how to take my prescription and just was in sales mode trying to get me to come back for a surgery consult. Would never come back.
Tried canceling my first new patient visit on my first book upon early arrival. My follow up visit, it ended up me being at the office for 3 hours from my appointment time to be seen and taken care of by the doctor. Office seemed understaffed and the doctor himself does not present himself as very cleanly. I respect staff and front desk for doing the best they can for what resources they have currently. He seems to be very harsh on his staff at times. It becomes an uncomfortable situation as a patient when you are just between the doctor and his staff bickering about something when you are in the middle of your visit, not to mention the 2-3 hours on top of your original appointment time. I prefer to find another ophthalmologist in the meantime.
0/10. Understaffed. Unprofessional. Unsanitary. Overbooking themselves and can’t handle it. Waited 4 hours to not even have my appointment completed correctly. Dr was too busy seeing multiple patients back and forth at one time.
