Dr. Nadeau made me feel very comfortable for my first time seeing an ENT. He was very thorough and highly knowledgeable. He seemed to care greatly about helping me find answers for my condition. I would definitely recommend him to other patients.

Only thing that disappointed me was that I filled out paperwork here on Zocdoc and they had me fill out more paperwork when I got there some of whom I pointed out was information that was exactly the same as the one online. I pointed it out to the receptionist but it appears that she didn't even know I filled them out... hence a whole lot of my time wasted!!! Not happy about that!

Dr. Nadeau was born and raised in Methuen, Massachusetts. Having served in the US Military, he had the privilege of living in many different places, but after attending Villanova and Jefferson Medical College, he considers Philadelphia home. He has been married for 16 years and has 2 children and enjoys playing and coaching recreational sports with them. Additionally he enjoys cooking and riding roller coasters with his kids.

He was one of my least favorite doctors ever. He was incredibly impatient and cut me off just about every time I spoke. Even while trying to explain my past problems with ear infections, he was decidedly uninterested. Overall a very unsatisfactory experience. Do not go to him if you want to feel like your doctor actually cares.

My office visit was rushed and the doctor was very hyper. I felt like he had to get out of the room to see the next patient. Was he behind schedule?? All my questions weren't answered and I want to see another doctor in the group and not have to pay the co-pay. Plus he never called CVS with my prescription.

First time visit. Dr. seemed very rushed, asked questions very fast, felt like he didn't take time to make me feel a little "welcomed", wasn't very personable. He did explain things and talked to me about things. But very, very matter-of-fact. I like Doctors who maybe crack a joke or two or laugh or something. He was all business. My husband was in with me too and he said he just wasn't sure. Again, it was my first time and I have followup appointments. So I am hoping we establish more of a doctor / patient relationship. I am sure he is very good at what he does and is respected.
