I did not see the doctor provided through ZocDoc. The doctor who was there was okay but was not the doctor that I came in to see. I thought I was scheduling my annual wellness checkup but that is not what occurred the appointment was more along the lines of a physical. Blood work was completed still haven't heard from the office( today is 2/4 my appyt was on 1/24.)

This location is actually a emergency care location. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment (8:30am). No-one was there. 8:28, one employee shows up, waits outside the door with me. 8:30, a second employee shows up and waits with us. 8:40, a Nurse Practitioner shows up and lets us in. 8:45, they tell me that the male Dr. I’ve chosen isn’t working today but she is the only one that shows on the booking for availability. I was fasting for my physical, and they did offer me to wait for the Dr. to come in with us a few hours or head to another location.

Lisa was very helpful with everything as we've just relocated from the UK and went above and beyond what she needed to needed in order to get my son medically ready for school.
