The Dr was communicative and staff were efficient. The only problem was the dr did not give clear instructions on the medication to the pharmacy and that delayed the process unnecessarily. Patient was in need of a steroid for her asthma and wheezing , she is 76 years old and her pain and suffering was obvious . The medication is still not available after almost 24 hrs to treat her . Pharmacy and patients family have reached out multiple times for action with no results
