What should a new client know about working with you?

Daniel uses a combination of different modalities, such as talk, cognitive behavioral, narrative, and mindfulness therapies to help patients work towards their goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am very personable and like to build rapport during our first visit. I will focus on understanding the challenges you are experiencing, the symptoms, goals for therapy, and how I can best support you. Expect to feel at ease and some humor at times.
