They made me refill-out the form that I printed out from ZocDoc. The forms were the same with one more page for my pharmacy.

Dr. Wilen is very assured of himself so he can come off as arrogant but understand he's that good.

Great doctor, up front and honest.
Verified patient
Not only the doctor, but his PA is highly knowledgeable and very attentive to detail. They know their stuff and get straight to the point. I was very pleased with this visit and the availability being open on the weekend being that I work Monday through Friday. After my MRI I go back in 3 weeks... looking forward to it.
Verified patient
Friendly staff. Not a long wait time. The doctor took his own set of X-rays and consulted with me about the next steps. Will return again for a follow up appointment in 2 weeks.
Recommend!

I actually liked Dr. Wilen, however, I don't recommend his office anymore because of the nature of my follow-up appt. I brought in my own back x-rays during my first appt and was approved for an MRI; but during the follow-up, I was seen by a doctor-in-training (or an assistant). Then another doctor came in to check on her and I didn't appreciate that he didn't introduce himself to me and tried to get me to take an x-ray (even though I had already showed it to Dr. Wilen) when we were already discussing my MRI results. Overall, his disposition and lack of individual attention was rude and it seemed like he was just busy flirting with the young female (again, not a doctor yet). I paid to see Dr. Wilen-- his name is on the building.
He is a wonderful, caring doctor!
I had a great experience. Doctor Wilen was very professional. Answered all my questions, and took his time. Best part is you don’t have to wait long to be seen. Physician assistant was also very competent.
Professional, honest and straight to the point.

Office was very organized and you weren't waiting forever to see a doctor or get your X-ray. This orthopedic caught my fracture after another orthopedic did not !

Very good

Exactly what the patient ordered! Listened to complaints, addressed them, treated to give me pain relief, scheduled follow up.
Verified patient
Very professional and very experienced, my mom had a broken wrist and she felt immediate relief after he reset it. She was in a lot of pain and afterwards, felt a huge relief. Office is run very well and very professional. Highly recommended for serious and tricky cases.

It was obvious I was the last patient of the day. Dr Wilen could care less about what I was saying. Was incredibly negligent & gave me a sample of medicine without telling me what it's for or it's side effects. Absolutely will not be coming back or recommending him to anyone.
Dr. Wilen was a professional and learned doctor. He listened and asked the appropriate questions to assess my pain. His staff were professional and organized. I was able to get an MRI the same day and he knew what my insurance coverage allowed. My wait time was due to me filling out two forms as a new patient, but I would've been seen immediately had I been an established patient. I highly recommend Dr. Wilen for all orthopedic needs.
Verified patient
It was a great experience. The medical office is clean and well organized. The staff was very friendly and attentive as well as Dr. Wilen. Parking was a challenge but overall great experience.
Verified patient
Was seen quickly, sent me down stairs for X-ray, went back to office upstairs and Dr seen me right away and explained to me the results of X-ray. Was in and out all within 1 hr

I told him I had issues with my right hand with using the mouse and I felt severe pain, he said it wasn't carpal tunnel because the pain didn't hit my fingers (now it does) and so he wanted to give my pills. If the pills worked, he wanted me to come back and make an another appt. so he can give me a prescription. It was a waste of time, I don't want to rely on pills to take away pain, and I think it was unfair to make me come back waste another co-pay just for a prescription.
Verified patient
The staff and Doctor were very professional and they took the time to ensure that I received the proper care. I would highly recommend Dr. Wilen for there Orthopedic needs.
Verified patient
My visit was awesome. All the staff there is welcoming and friendly. Doctor Wilen was concerned about my health with him and my past with my condition. Very knowledgeable. My follow up appt was just as good as my first visit. Definitely would recommend! My elbow feels great!
I didn't have to wait for anything. I was seen right away. I needed x-ray and an injection and I was escorted from one room to the next and was tended to immediately. I was there for 45 minutes total! Very pleasant and professional experience!

Love Dr. Wilen I was a patient of his years ago and lost him do to insurance change. Finally got him back and couldn't be happier. He's very knowledgable and has an awesome bedside manner with his patients. His office is bigger than the last one and his staff are all very nice and friendly. I have definitely referred others to him and will continue to do so.
