I wouldn’t recommend this doctor. The wait time was close to an hour and I felt rushed by the doctor. I also didn’t feel the doctor was interested in helping me improve my pain like explaining the causes and recommend any exercises. He only suggested an MRI and my appointment was over within a few minutes.

Dr. Chase was friendly and polite. He was very concerned when he saw my knee and quickly told me what was wrong and explained how he could fix it at that moment. He also explained how he needed to clean up prior too procedure and that it will be quick. I asked if it would hurt and he explained that I would feel a pinch from the needle. What stood out to me is that Dr. Chase responded to me honestly not sugar coating my illness.. He also took the time to explain my xrays to me..He just took the time to explain my injuries. I appreciated him taking the the time to listen and provided me the truth...thank you Dr. Chase.

I would recommend Dr. Chase to anyone. He was knowledgeable and very kind. It also helps that there was no wait. I was seen exactly at the time I booked the appointment. That was a first for me lol.

The entire staff, provider, ANC's, office staff are very warm and friendly. I highly respect and appreciate the hard work work that they do in such a timely manner. Even though I was about 15 minutes early for my appointment, my wait was a mere 5 minutes.

My visit to see Dr. Chase started off great. The young lady which registered me had such an amazing attitude. She stated to me her belief in having a positive attitude and helping the process go smoothly for the customer. That there is a important customer service skill.. Once I was called in the examining room to see the doctor, I was pleased to see how clean and organize the office was. This showed me not only do they want the customer to feel good coming in and have an a positive attitude but they also want the customer to be comfortable in the space provided to address their medical concerns. Last but not least,
Dr. Chase was great, he was professional and clear on addressing my medical concerns. I will be following up with Dr. Chase & also referring anyone who is seeking an Orthopedic Physician.
