A real pleasure- covered getting from & giving to me alot of info for a first visit & deciding on next steps which I fully understood & felt part of. Very well run office- his assistant is a great administrator. Very different experience in the best way
All very smooth and straight forward, couldn't be happier.
I was extremely nervous to have this procedure done and Dr. Zandman and his team were great. They had me laughing and before I even knew it the procedure was over. I was really impressed at how descrete they made a very personal procedure with double gowns to cover front and back and warm blankets too! I highly recommend Dr. Zandman and his great team!
Dr. Zandman took the time to explain and answer all my questions and concerns about the procedure. He and his staff were extremely professional, polite, friendly and attentive to all my needs and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Thank you to everyone.
Staff at office wasn't very pleasant. nursing staff was exceptional, Dr. Z was professional and explained what was happening. Overall, not a horrible experience.
Everything went really smoothly. The nurses were professional, explained everything, but were personable and made me feel comfortable before the procedure.
Dr. Zandman and his whole team were excellent. They made a procedure I was nervous about much easier.
great guy, with a good sense of humor. made me feel comfortable.
Dr. Zandman explained everything clearly to me, without my feeling like I was being talked down to. There was ample time to ask questions, and Dr. Zandman was very thorough in asking about my symptoms.
This is a very pleasant doctor to work with. Takes the time to talk details about upcoming procedures. Listens well and answers questions completely.
I had an endoscopy performed by Dr. Zandman and it could not have gone smoother - I was a bit nervous about the procedure, but I can honestly say the entire process was completely painless - I don't remember a thing :) - and before I knew it, I was in the recovery room. He was very good natured and pleasant to talk to and explained the entire procedure beforehand. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing to have this done.
Dr. Zandman was very helpful to me and addressed all my concerns. He was supportive and informative! I appreciate his help.
Much compassion and understanding. Outstanding doctor. I would recommend Dr. Zandman 110%
Very personable; informative; considerate; thoroughly explained procedures and answered all questions - excellent first impression!
Great guy, I'll see after the colonospy.
Great doctor, my first colonoscopy with this doctor because my previous doctor dropped my insurance. I am so happy that my new doctor is dr Zandman and would highly recommend to anyone.??????????
Dr. Daniel has done a professional examination for me. However, Mount Auburn Hospital made mistake on my bill statement as it also does.
Dr. Zandman made what could have been a less-than-pleasant procedure (a Colonoscopy) into a comfortable experience. From the time I met with him beforehand, to my dealings with the hospital staff in the recovery room, I felt well-taken care of!
I am very pleased with Dr Zandermann He is very attentive and professional
Ray his coordinator was great: clear, fast, good listener and kind
Very informative. Put me at ease immediately. Answered all my questions. HIGHLY recommend!
Professional. Pleasant. Well informed.
An Excellent M.D., with the time to hear and address my concerns.
Really friendly and seem's to know his stuff. Makes things transparent and kept me informed.
My visit was amazing from start to finish. The nurses in the prep room were attentive and professional. I actually felt like I was in a spa!! When Dr. Zandman came bedside, he greeted me with a warm smile and a handshake. He proceeded to explain everything that was going to happen. The last thing I remember is having the oxygen tube placed in my nose. Upon waking in the recovery room, I was greeted by a very attentive and knowledgable nurse who made sure i was comfortable and explained the results of my test. Thank you to all who make my first colonoscopy a super experience! Kudos to Mt. Auburn Hospital!!!
The wait time was long because I arrived early. The nurse did take me in right at 11 am. The procedure went smoothly. I had no bad after effects.
Very happy with my visit. I had another GI for over 10 years who I loved so it's good to find someone that I like and hopefully will have as a Dr for a long time.
Dr.Daniel Zandman is a wonderfully upbeat professional who certainly made me at ease right away. We even had a few laughs. He was very patient and encouraging. He made my procedure seem like it was nothing . I highly recommend him. Awesome! Nurse Donna was great too, very warm and patient!
I was very apprehensive seeing a new doctor after mine retired after so many years with him, but Dr Zandman was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable.

The best thing about Dr Zandman is that he really takes the time to listen and explain what's going on. It makes all the difference in the world.
I rate Dr. Zandman an A+. Similarly, the nurses who prepared me for the procedure receive the same grade, as do the intake personnel. Great job. Thank you.
Very pleased in all regards.
I made appointment a month and a half in advance for a colonoscopy and it was never confirmed. I think it slipped through the cracks. They squeezed me in. Not good because of the prep required. I'm experienced so I managed but this was not a good practice.
Very helpful. He listens well and counsels, which is what I needed.
Dr. Zandman and staff were highly professional and polite.
