Doctor Danielle is wonderful, however the front desk staff and staff that answers the phone is poorly trained in discretion and have very bad attitudes. They rudely question you, they also give you aggressive attitudes if you call to follow up with any questions regarding your medication or visit. It’s sad because Danielle is amazing and sweet but the staff in this office could be the downfall to a great woman like herself. They need to understand the legal rights of the patients that request to speak directly to the doctor about all private medical questions/concerns. No one should feel bullied to answer private medical questions, no one should be hung up on while speaking or chastised on the phone. Thank you.

My visit was to refill a prescription which I have to take a urine for and I was having a hard time peeing and I told her in the evenings I have pressure and I am constantly going to the bathroom and when I pee during the night I only pee drops. She suggested a pelvic ultrasound and she was going to send my urine out for a urinalysis to check for a UTI. I have had UTI's and bladder and kidney infections and I knew right away that it was not a UTI or any of the above. I went for a second opinion and was told that I was severely dehydrated. I was placed on IV and have not had a problem since.
