“My appointment with Dr. Valeus for an annual exam was scheduled for 9AM and I didn't get in to see her until well after 10AM. This I believe was due to the clinic's very heavy patient load. Dr. Valeus' intern documented my issues in the computer system, then Dr. Valeus came in for the exam. She was very attentive, communicative and knowledgeable. She discussed some of my pressing issues in detail, made recommendations/referrals and sent medications to the pharmacy promptly. I left the visit feeling believed, for once. She even went the extra mile to call me the following day to see how I was feeling with the new medication. That is commendable. I plan to follow-up with Dr. Valeus in future. ”

“Long wait time (2 hours and I was a few minutes late) aside, I am glad I saw the doctor I booked. I was surprised I didn’t have bloodwork done but that happens later in April so I guess it’s ok. I do hope the residents she oversees are as diligent as she is. Hopefully the wait time will be shorter the next time I go in. I need a doctor who listens and believes me so hopefully this will be my new one!”

She was a great listener and everything was surprisingly quick once I got through to the office space. The nurse who took down my info was very sweet and efficient. I will definitely keep her as my PCP!
