As long as I can remember I had to wear glasses and or contacts. My glasses are extremely thick which means my contacts have to be specially made. due to this issue I have ran into some very unprofessional doctors that went from smirking while doing the exam to telling me I need to have cataract surgery within a week. I decided to make another doctors appointment with another doctor and not mention anything about the previous doctors alleged findings, The only thing I did mention is that I had a floater. Dr. jackson gave me a very thorough exam and did in deed see a floater ( no cataract) and told me that she was ordering my contact lenses that day, she explained that it usually take about 3 times to get special made contacts correct . All three women are very professional and it looks like I have found a new doctor.

The staff as well as Dr Jackson were very friendly. She educate myself on every test that took, to ensure me of what was good on with my eyes and if I did or did not have a problem with them. I enjoyed my first visit to her office.

Dr. Jackson is eager to be your family's optometrist. She has years of experience working in a very busy eye care center in East Point and has finally decided to open her own practice.
Although Dr. Jackson hails from Texas, for the past three years she has made her home in the Atlanta area, more recently South Fulton County. She received her doctorate from the University of Houston College of Optometry (Go Coogs!) and bachelor's from Baylor University (Sic 'Em Bears!!). During her time in school, Dr. Jackson presided over several organizations committed to academics and community service and was heavily involved in research, presenting at the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO).
Dr. Jackson has experience in many branches of eye care. She is familiar with LASIK and cataract surgery, taken extra classes in specialty contact lenses and participated in numerous free vision screenings.
In her free time, Dr Jackson enjoys discovering new foods, being outdoors, and spending time with her family in their South Fulton home.

I have been wearing glasses since I was 5 years old and now that I am in my 30's, I finally got a full comprehensive eye exam. Dr.Jackson and her staff were phenomenal. I will be back again to get a pair of prescription sunglasses.

I was extremely pleased with the treatment I received at Dr.Jackson's office. It was my first visit so I was somewhat skeptical, but I came away very impressed. The wait time was short, and the waiting area was nice. The woman at the front desk even helped me choose my glasses. :)

Dr, Jackson was great! The store and her exam rooms were spotless. I loved the modern decor, which was very inviting. Her front desk receptionist was very personable and kind. Dr. Jackson was easy to talk to and seems to have a great personality. I was actually about 5-10 minutes late (still adjusting to life with a newborn) and she was understanding and still able to see me right away. I really enjoyed my visit and am glad I was able to find such a great doctor and office so close to my home!

I brought my daughter for her frist exam with Dr. Jackson. She did great. Made my little girl very comfortable for her first exam. Not many child friendly doctors out so it was a great first experience for her. Loved it!
