About Dr. Holly O'Clair

Holly O’Clair, O.D. is a board-licensed optometrist. Dr. O’Clair offers comprehensive eye exams evaluating for various ocular conditions including dry eyes, macular-degeneration, cataracts, diabetic eye disease, and more. She sees her role as a primary eye care provider to not only provide patients with the best possible prescription to see clearly, but to evaluate the overall health of their eyes. Diagnosing and managing ocular disease at the earliest point possible can have significant impact on patients’ quality of life. As an optometrist, she values her role in providing these services to her patients every day. Dr. O’Clair received her Doctor of Optometry from The Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI. Prior to this, she completed her undergraduate degree at Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, MI where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in occupational therapy. She is a member of the Georgia Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. Prior to joining Thomas Eye Group, Dr. O’Clair worked across a wide range of clinics in Texas, Minnesota, Michigan, and Georgia, including the communities of Peachtree City, Newnan, and Griffin. What she loves most about optometry is being able to provide services that improve the quality of life for her patients. Having the responsibility to help her patients not only see their best, but to also improve their overall eye health is what make being an optometrist so rewarding to her. In her free time, Dr. O’Clair enjoys the outdoors – whether it’s golfing, walking, or just working in the yard. She is also an avid football fan and never misses watching college football on Saturdays in the Fall. She loves to spend time with her husband, children, and dogs whenever possible.
