Sometimes these obstacles are apparent, such as transitioning into a new role, and other times they may be less obvious where you need some help to explore why you are feeling this way. As a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in health psychology, adjustment, and communication, I lead with empathy and curiosity to meet you where you are at and help you transition to where you want to be.
My clinical specialties include veteran's care, brain injuries and cognitive performance, anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, and adjustment (including new health diagnoses and major life transitions).
