I found Danielle to be knowledgeable, empathetic and professional. I never felt rushed, an my concerns ere validated. She provided rationales for her treatment plan as well as explained the diagnosis thoroughly.

Hello! My name is Danielle Miller, and I am a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in New York State. I earned my Bachelor’s degree at The Pennsylvania State University, followed by a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from LIU Post. I hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and a Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) professional certificate. I have clinical experience working with both pediatric and geriatric populations in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, schools, and private practices. I have a deep passion for swallowing disorders, apraxia of speech/oral apraxia, dysarthria, aphasia, voice disorders, pediatric language disorders, social skills, articulation, and phonology. My goal is to utilize evidence-based treatment approaches to conduct effective and individualized therapy sessions that promote significant progress.

Danielle is fantastic! She is patient, knowledgeable, and creates a fun, welcoming environment. I have seen amazing progress in my son. Danielle incorporates his interests of cars and sports into every session, making him look forward to his weekly meetings. Highly recommend for anyone needing speech therapy!
