What should a new client know about working with you?

What is your typical process for working with clients?

1. Schedule the appointment with the provider and pay an upfront fee to hold the appointment in the amount of $1250. 2. The company, North Neuropsychology, will send you an initial invoice in the amount of $1250 of which needs to be paid upon 24 hours of scheduling the appointment. If Dr. Fasching believes you are not a good candidate for a telehealth evaluation, you will be refunded $850 following the initial call. 3. The remaining balance of $1,250 is due on the testing appointment date. 4. Complete the intake paperwork within 24 hours of scheduling the appointment. 4. Login to your appointment and meet with the provider to complete evaluation or consultation 5. Review the results of the evaluation and discuss treatment recommendations 6. Receive a report 1-2 weeks after the appointment of which can be sent to other medical professionals (at your request)

    Payment can be made via credit/debit card, or Health Savings Account, Flexible Savings Account, or Health Reimbursement Account (HSA/FSA/HRA). North Neuropsychology is an out-of-network provider, which means that we do not bill or accept payment from insurance directly. Some insurance companies offer partial reimbursement for neuropsychological evaluation services. We can provide a “superbill” which is the document required by insurance companies for out-of-network reimbursement. Additionally, you can apply for CareCredit of which is a health and wellness credit card with flexible financing options so you can pay over time for care you want or need.
