Dr. Rott was good. She was kind and asked relevant questions.
The platform (VSee Clinic) she uses to hold video calls is terrible and caused a 20-minute delay in starting the session due to its inability to start the session. Unsure if this is persistent. If it is, it would lead me to seek other care.

Dr. Rott is very professional. I come from the Middle East, more expressions and emotions are visible. I think this the only thing that felt different to me.

Dr. Rott and staff were friendly, professional, and took the time to address any questions I had. They were thorough in their explanations and created a plan I was in full alignment with. I could not have asked for a better experience.
