The nurse didn't greet me as we walked in but she was rather nice after. The bed in the room did not raise so that made my EKG more tricky. I was also seen by a medical student.

I saw this Doctor a few months ago regarding shortness of breath and allergy issues in regards to wearing an N95 mask and surgical mask at work. I am an asthmatic with yr round allergies. This doctor did not physically examine me at all. I could have had a terrible sinus infection and it went unchecked. I was brought in late and rushed. I was told by the doc that she only had 10 minutes with me when my visit was already cut by the 10 minute wait time. Just so rude and wasted my time.

I would not recommend this site as a new patient. Front desk have no manners, will have you waiting for an hour to tell you your insistence wasn’t verified. No sense of urgency to help you as a new patient. Not sure if that’s the culture in this medical practice. However I was extrémala disappointed.

Dr. Schwartz is very calm and asks question to truly understand concerns. She is also extremely thorough and helpful in getting me everything I needed, from establishing a message trail so I can send photos to writing orders appropriate to my concern. She is also wonderful about following up.
