Dr. Liotta was very thorough and took the time to explain each aspect of the tests she was performing and the results that she found. She also gave multiple warnings in advance prior to performing tests that would cause discomfort and checked my comfort level while performing the test.
Regarding her bedside manner, she was very personable and had a good sense of humor!!
Would definitely recommend her!

From the moment I entered the office I was greeted and ecknlodged. The staff was super friendly. The doctor was so nice and full of energy. I did not feel rushed. I felt like she was very attentive to my concerns. Wonderful atmosphere looks like a spa. I would definitely come back.

Did what I had asked for, but then asked for payment up front and then took billed my insurance company. They bill once a week and thus it can take sever weeks/months for them to receive the claim and reimburse you since they over charge up front.

Hi! I had a bike accident and flipped over handlebars of bike and landed on my head. I was knocked out and went in the ambulance to Bellevue. I ended up with a concussion and three big cuts on my head and face. ER stitched up two gashes in my head and one on my face just over my eye and did an CT scan, but I wanted to have a plastic surgeon take a look at the incisions since they were on face and head. I made an appoinment with Dr. Liotta. She is GREAT! Short wait, and then she was SO competent and caring and smart and comforting. will definitely go back to her. Call her!!

I recently got cauliflower ear/boxer's ear from Brazilian Jujitsu. I went to another doctor 2 times to have my ear fixed and drained and both times the ear refilled and got worse. I was incredibly upset and frustrated. I found Dr. Liotta on Zocdoc, she had incredible reviews and specialized in facial plastic surgery.
I felt so comfortable with Dr. Liotta. She took her time with the consultation, explained everything to me, answered all my questions and before she started the surgery she made sure I was properly numb. During the entire surgery she continued to ask how I was doing and made sure I was okay, it's nice to have someone talking you through it.
My ear looks like new again and now I start the healing process and thanks to Dr. Liotta I won't have to grow my hair long to cover a deformed ear.

WARNING Do not book an appointment with this incompetent doctor. The practice lures you in as stating it is an ENT office when the primary function is cosmetic (botox etc.). Dr. Liotta had no idea what she was doing, she yelled and consistently treated her assistant with extreme disrespect not to mention myself. She could not remove the foreign object after an hour of trying (an earplug from my ear). So incompetent that she was not able to figure out how to use the microscope. I visited another ENT who was able to accomplish the task in 2 minutes flat. DO NOT GO TO Ms. Liotta.
