Dr. Moustafa Mourad, MD, FACS, is a distinguished New York City-based Facial Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon. He holds dual board certifications in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery by the American Board of Facial Plastic Surgery (ABFPRS) and Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery (ABOTO). He treats many conditions, both cosmetic and complex, affecting the head, neck, and entire facial area.
Dr. Mourad is internationally renowned and highly sought after for his expertise in facial plastic surgery, reconstructive, nasal, and sinus surgery. He currently serves as Fellowship Co-Director for the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS), where he is responsible for training and providing expert instruction in the field of facial plastic surgery.
Dr. Mourad earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Kentucky. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai, where he served as chief resident. He then pursued a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Baylor All Saints Medical Center. Additionally, he received advanced surgical training at New York's Beth Israel Medical Center. Dr. Mourad was selected from hundreds of exceptional candidates to complete an additional year of aesthetic and advanced facial plastics and reconstructive surgery training with the world-renowned surgeon Dr. Yadranko Ducic.

Dr. Mourad's office is cleverly listed as "in-network" for various insurances, including on the providers' websites, but with a note in the details saying that he bills all insurances as out of network, apparently hoping that you'll see the in-network listing but not notice the immediate contradiction. Well, that happened to me, and now I'm on the hook. A great in-office experience, and I'd otherwise have been happy to recommend, but the office simply shouldn't be listed as in-network if it won't ever be *billed* in-network. That's an incredibly shady marketing practice and I'm ashamed to have fallen for it.

I wanted to visit Dr. Mustofa but he didn’t seen me. Another Dr, her name is Ms. Jonson she gave me time. She was a good listener but she doesn’t have any knowledge about sinus problem. She is the worst Dr I have ever visited.

I was lucky to find Dr. Mourad on Zocdoc. He was the 7th ENT doctor I saw and the only one who was able to help me. For 1.5 years I suffered with sinus issues. None of the previous doctors were able to properly diagnose and treat me. During my first visit with Dr. Mourad he explained in details my condition. He did not rush me. I immediately felt at ease and confident to have him perform the surgery. His office staff were amazing. They took care of all my paperwork and handled everything from beginning to end. Ree, his medical assistant was truly amazing. My surgery date was moved to earlier because my condition became worse and she was able to find an earlier opening for my surgery. Even though it was last minute, she found a doctor so I could complete the pre-op tests required. Without her help I don’t know what I would have done. She made the entire process so easy and smooth. I cannot believe how lucky I was to find Dr. Mourad and his team. They literally saved my life!

Dr. Mourad and his team are excellent. I came to him last Fall for rhinoplasty. I am now apx 1 year out and couldnt be happier w/ my results. I had wanted to have a nose job for > 20 years but was always too nervous. I'm so happy I found Dr. Mourad.
