He helps patients holistically understand their current weight gain through the patient's history of weight loss, a full metabolic review to know biological drivers of weight gain, and prescribes powerful but extremely safe medicines like Wegovy, Ozempic, Rybelsus, and other GLP-1 medications if eligible. Through Alfie, the digital telehealth clinic that he serves as a medical director for, he can refer his patients to male health coaches and group sessions for accountability and nutrition.
