Darrell Creekmore attended California State University, Stanislaus, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry, graduating with honors. He became a Physician Assistant in 2017 after earning a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, California. Prior to Family Medicine, Darrell worked in Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care.
Darrell practices individualized care and believes the pursuit of health begins with treating the human body as a whole. He holds special interest in sports medicine, ergonomics and postural therapy, nutrition, sleep, the mind-body connection, and the oral-systemic link. When he is not seeing patients, he enjoys hiking, yoga, and cooking for his wife.

Darrell was a very clear communicator, listened to all of my concerns, and was able to provide thorough insight into some of the issues I brought up during my physical. I was very nervous about going, but he had a very kind and calming presence that took the nerves away. I feel more informed about some of the concerns I was having when I went in, and I would absolutely recommend booking an appointment with him.

I have a lot of hesistancy with healthcare providers due to my own past experiences. I recently had an appointment that further this divide and I was given a referral by an urgent care PA for Mr. Creekmore. He was what I was hoping to find in a primary care doctor who was patient, good listener, and addressed my concerns. He had amazing bedside manner and I would 100% recommend for others to see him.

As a PA, Darrell Creekmore could compete with any doctor with his thorough knowledge and explanation of medical terms, treatments, or any question pertaining to my physical exam. I was so inspired with Mr. Creekmore's patient care skills and enthusiastic energy and appreciated how he used our time together to discuss as much as he could in the time frame that we had. In my mind, Mr. Creekmore is a doctor - a top-notch one despite not being an MD.

Firstly, the staff members are friendly and accommodating. I was delighted by the charming duck decorations throughout the premises. Dr. D is extremely attentive to my inquiries and a great listener. Notably, his sister-in-law hails from my country of origin, which facilitated a connection. I would definitely return and recommend this establishment. I appreciate the warm welcome and the fact that they accommodated my late arrival by still checking me in on time.
