While my tele-health visit went well, I discovered that he made changes to my prescription After we had finished. He didn’t discuss these changes with me, and it makes me wonder if he took what I said seriously. I sought care with another provider 2 days later when I was not seeing any improvement. That is when I actually discovered that he lowered the dose of Prednisone to 10 mg Bid from 20 mg Bid. 40 mg was still lower than I am used to taking when I need it! I kept telling him that the Auto Immune flare up was the worst one I have ever had! He does not have the back ground to treat my health issues, this is evident from what transpired. I did receive proper tx with the other provider I saw.

The process on communication prior to the appointment was unclear and therefore felt very risky . I received an email and text messages with different practice names on it. The paperwork is too much i had to fill in my address 3 times . This user experience is very poor.

I’m so thankful for a doctor who takes my concerns seriously and is willing to work with me to find solutions. He has worked with me for a few months to manage and just my treatment plan to find the best treatment for my specific situation. He is kind, patient and supportive. He gives great insight and really hears me. I’m happy to continue my care with him.

Needed an urgent prescription on a severe time crunch when my PCP was not available. He called me early to see if I wanted to move UP the appointment, which I’ve never had any type of care provider do for me and was greatly appreciate. He filled sent prescription to the pharmacy in a timely manner, but the pharmacy was out of stock. So, in the evening on a SATURDAY, I was able to connect again with him and have the prescription sent to a different pharmacy and was filled within the hour. It was a very stressful situation I was in, and he helped me perfectly

Took forever to call in medications. Still haven't gotten all of them called in. Wouldn't write a note for my work, because I scheduled a med. refill, but we talked about the sickness at that appointment, and he rec. the antibiotic. I had to call urgent care, make another appointment just to get the antibiotics that he still hasn't called in as well as a note for my work.
His receptionist is also, not very friendly at all. All she cared about when I called to find out why my medications hadn't been filled was that I hadn't paid my co-pay at that time. She then called at least 3-4 more times after to see when that was going to be paid. It felt like my medicine was being held hostage until I paid my co-pay. Would not rec.

Daud was kind, concerned, empathetic and gently persuaded me to take his advice. I’m a difficult patient admittedly because I tend to think I know what’s best for me and I’m not always right. It was great to be able to get an appointment so quickly - holiday weekend and my personal dr was out of town for four days so I was facing going to ER. He responded to my texts and called the agreed medications to my pharmacy immediately. I was in a lot of pain and his prompt consultation helped me get through. Thank you Daud!

Great provider that really listens. I was able to get an appointment with short notice, and really appreciate the provider's communication. As a side note, I saw this provider in a different time zone than where they live, and ZocDoc shows appointment times in the *provider's* time zone. Dr Dalud was really kind when I didn't attend the appointment on time due to the time change!
