About Dr. Ana Sierra De Aragon
Dr. Ana Sierra de Aragon is an experienced Internal Medicine Doctor and certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. While we have CONTRACTS with most insurances, they have also PLANS where we may not be registered; as such, please, confirm with your insurance that this doctor is contracted with your SPECIFIC PLAN prior to booking. This is an issue that all doctors face and not unique to us. We see patients starting from 11 years old and above. At this time, we do not see younger patients. Dr Ana Aragon’s certifications allow her to be a great bridge for those children entering adolescence and to serve the adults in the family; as she deals with common ailments to highly complex ones in a daily basis either at her Practice or at the hospital settings. We want your initial visit and your ongoing relationship with us to progress as smoothly as possible, and we have conditioned or office to be comfortable, amicable and professional. As a quick example, we invested in exam tables that allow easy boarding and transition from wheel chairs as their height is adjusted as needed. This is of great value and safety for our elderly patients.

Patient reviews for Dr. Ana Sierra De Aragon
I went to see Dr. Ana Sierra De Aragon to follow up after being diagnosed with Mono in a visit to urgent care a couple days prior. The wait time wasn't too bad considering it was a Tuesday afternoon appointment time. Once Dr. Ana Sierra De Aragon came into the room she went on for 15 minutes about a Anxiety and Depression survey I had taken. Prior to filling out the survey I let the nurse know that I had a GAD and Mild Depression, I am seeing a psychiatrist for my medication and a therapist to help manage both conditions. I again let the nurse know when I completed the survey this information. When the doctor brought up the results I kindly told her the same information. I told her that both were being monitored by my psychiatrist and that I did not need her assistance in managing these conditions and I was here for my diagnosis of Mono and to make sure that was all that was going on. Dr. Ana Sierra De Aragon continued on about the GAD and Mild Depression, not matter how many different ways I phrased I was under the care if someone else. My husband who attended the appointment with me (due to my symptoms of Mono cause my inability to drive) finally stepped in and told her I have dealt with both of these conditions for over 15 years and they are under control and being treated by a different doctor that specializes in the conditions; I was here for the diagnosis of Mono and to confirm the diagnosis. Finally she did my physical examination and ordered a full blood work up. I was given papers to go somewhere else to get my blood drawn and for a strep test; as they didn't do them in office. It has been over 1 week since my appointment and I am not able to get ahold of the doctor's office to see what my results were from the blood tests. This is unacceptable! I will not be returning to this practice or recommending this doctor!
She had more concern and urgency for my situation than the ER did.
My experience at Dr. Aragons office was good. The front desk were very nice. Not a long wait. Dr.Aragon was very polite and professional. I would recommend the office.
I think Dr Aragon is always very thorough.
The doctor is proactive and thorough in getting the proper treatment in place. She listened to my concerns and addressed each one accordingly. I look forward to seeing the doctor as I progress to obtain a positive recovery.
Wait time for a new patient is ridiculous. My appt was at 3:45 and I was seen at 5:20. But I do want to get established with this doctor. Hopefully next time they are no over booked
It was great as always.
I was looking for a primary care physician and was very pleased with my first visit with Dr. Aragon. She had a pleasant manner, listened to my concerns and answered the questions that I asked.
She took her time and actually listened to my concerns. She wants to follow up and see my treatment through. I recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Aragon was professional, listened to me, seemed concerned, and was very thorough.
The wait time was long and I see that on multiple accounts but after my time with her now I know why. She takes her time with her patients and really listens to understand. Offices with short wait times my time with the Dr. is rushed I get pills thrown at me and pushed out the door. Hence why after 27 years o life I’m going to the Dr for the same issues. I’m confident Dr. Ana will finally cure me.
Entire staff was friendly and professional.
Nice Dr., but wait time was ridiculous
Very good listener Very knowledgeable and thorough
Doctor is knowledgeable and to the point but Horrible staff, not helpful at all with scheduling or insurance information. Took 6 phone calls to cancel an appointment and even then was transferred to a voicemail.
She was very friendly and especially thorough with her questions. She was also understanding when I didn't quite have all the information she needed, so she made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Highly recommended!
I’m so happy I finally found a caring doctor who takes time to listen, analyze, & explain everything! I am very picky on doctors, as the majority of my experience is negative, with them rushing out the door, but Dr. Ana Sierra De Aragon is completely different. She is very kind and helpful, & so is the nurse practitioner. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!
Dr Aragon is a very respectful and listening doctor, as are her staff. I usually never go to the doctor, cause I am not a fan and never felt like they take the time to listen to understand, Dr Aragon made my first dr appointment in years, and my first one alone as an adult very easy and enjoyable. Thank you!
The front staff, nurses, practitioner, and doctor are all very professional and nice. They are very helpful.
Very attentive, addressed my concerns right away and was quite pleasant
I am almost 61. I've seen a lot of Doctors, and met a lot of office staff!!! Dr. Aragon and her team are not just professional and thorough, they are down to earth and made me feel like I was sitting with a couple of old buddies discussing my recent (hospital fail) in Las Vegas...I will most definitely stay with her the rest of my days and refer her to everyone I know...I went to get a referral to my cardiologist, and left there knowing so much more about my health.....??????????double stars for her and team!!!!!
I received clear answers, a result, and a path forward on the first visit. Clearly a good choice.
I loved the doctor, hated the front desk. I booked my appointment, even got a confirmation call and everything. I came in for my appointment and they didn't have me on their schedule at all, not even for another day.She just starred at me like I was stupid, she finally had it click in her head that I wasn't going to leave so she then decided to get me in for an appointment I just had to wait over an hour. Not only did they not have my appointment they didn't receive my online forms either so I had to fill that out again. I also took a test for them which they told me I would receive results in the next couple of days which I still have not heard anything back from when I was there which was over a month ago now. So I decided to call, and guess what? They claimed I never took the test. They don't know what they are doing here and I would not come back again nor refer anyone to here.
She did a thorough job. The office had no idea about my appt. they hold me zocdoc was not synced.
I liked her very much. She listened to my concerns & did'nt rush.
Doctor was very professional and knowledgeable.
In three words: it was great! Based on my first visit I have a feeling Dr Aragon will become our family doctor. The virtue I saw in her, I haven't seen in a doctor for a long time and that is that she really cares.
Having a timer ring when your time is up, is rude in mu opinion. It tells the patient that whatever you are there for is not important enough to finished talking. Once again her staff made a mistake with one of my referrals and it's not the first time. Due to that mistake, the insurance at this time is not paying for my first visit that I had already, and today's visit was cancelled due to the same mistake. She seems to depend on her staff without checking to see if what she has them do, has been done and done correctly. I have had trouble with them getting my insurance put in the correct order. They aren't good about returning calls or responding to messages. At this rate, I am seriously considering changing Doctors. A Doctor is only as good as her staff.
Dr Aragon is always very professional. She answers your questions and helps you with whatever problems you're concerned about.
I appreciate that the Doctor takes her time to talk to you and is easy going.
Very professional and easy to talk to! Listened to my needs and respected them. Sent me in the right direction to get the help I need while still assisting me with anything extra! Great doctor, really listens to suggestions and how you as a patient feels. Gives an easy resolution and makes you feel comfort.
I liked the doctor and all, but I don't like the fact that I have to go somewhere to get my blood work done. And only time she touched me was to listen to me breath. I don't know, are doctors not required to touch patients anymore?
I think her herself is ok, I had come it and asked for help with a specific problem which I had to reiterate again after she came in because she started offering me advice on other problems, which while appreciated shouldn't have been the focus. I was in the office a total of 2 hours and 20 minutes. It was a crazy wait time and for an hour of that I was sitting in the office even though I had filled out most of the paper work the previous day. We were a little late to the appointment, but that is ridiculous! Hopefully next appointment goes better.
Dr. Aragon is a nice, thorough, and knowledgeable Doctor, however her office is not as well run as others I have been to. The wait was extremely long both times I visited, and the waiting room was crowded and almost chaotic. I was given some follow up lab tests to do and I did not feel that the follow up was sufficient. They did not contact me about abnormal results, instead I had to contact them and did not receive a call back initially. I suggest that they improve their timeliness and be more proactive in contacting patients when they have abnormal test results to discuss the next steps.
Just wonderful she will be a good doctor for me, YEAH !!!!! R.C. Sanders
My visit was enjoyable and the staff is always considerate and helpful. Dr Aragon answered my questions and gave me the information I requested. My wait was very minimal which is appreciated.
While the wait may have been a bit excessive, it was worth it. Dr. Aragon was very thorough with here exam . More thorough than my Last Doctor who will not be named here. My main focus is getting control of type 2 Diabetes. After talking with her and explaining my current meds and what i was doing to control this issue, A plan was made there and then. I was set up for the A1C i need and am over due for, and she suggested a few other procedures that I was never offered by the previous Doctor, which i accepted to have done. Dr Aragon seems to really be into her profession. That I like!! I wanted a Doctor that wants to be a Doctor and I think I have finally found that in Dr Aragon.
The Dr and her assistant were friendly knowledgeable patient and kind we will be utilizing this no frills not pretentious office as our primary care from now on. :)
No complaints against Dr Sierra De Aragon, but was pretty upset when I got there and found out my insurance was not in network with her when the zocdoc website said she proudly accepts my insurance. >:l
I enjoy the consultation time as she is a great listener and follow up expert. I am fairly busy yet organized and like to spend less time as possible wasting time. It would be helpful to offer free Wifi for those waiting to check emails, join conference calls, ect... Overall great doctor and nursing staff. Big thanks for assisting me with better health.
Besides the wait, it was one of the best experiences I have ever had
She Very caring and understanding and show She care
Dr De Aragon is very kind and compassionate. She takes her time with you, doesn't rush you and takes the time to explain things thoroughly. The office staff is wonderful too!
Dr. Dr Aragon was fine, but I was disappointed that I never got a call back with the results of the tests she ordered. I called back and left a message but never got a response. Not a huge deal because I'm feeling fine now, but would have been nice to have the office call me instead of vice versa.
The receptionist were not super nice but oh well, the nurse was kind and helpful. I had to wait a really long time to see the doctor, I had to leave and then come back cause it was taking too long. Dr Sierra was good but I wish the long wait wouldn't kill my experience with them
She was great and gave me a few different options for treatment however I've been calling about lab results for a few days now and it always goes to voicemail and I have yet to receive a call back.
Very satisfied with this initial visit with the doctor. Only complaint was I waited about 2 hours past appointment time to see her.
Wonderful Doctor and takes her time to speak with you!!
Dr Sierra de Aragon takes the time to listen and has helped me through many health problems. Don't know what I'd do without her! Thanks Dr Ana!
