The front staff, nurses, practitioner, and doctor are all very professional and nice. They are very helpful.
Very attentive, addressed my concerns right away and was quite pleasant
I received clear answers, a result, and a path forward on the first visit. Clearly a good choice.
I am almost 61. I've seen a lot of Doctors, and met a lot of office staff!!! Dr. Aragon and her team are not just professional and thorough, they are down to earth and made me feel like I was sitting with a couple of old buddies discussing my recent (hospital fail) in Las Vegas...I will most definitely stay with her the rest of my days and refer her to everyone I know...I went to get a referral to my cardiologist, and left there knowing so much more about my health.....??????????double stars for her and team!!!!!
I loved the doctor, hated the front desk. I booked my appointment, even got a confirmation call and everything. I came in for my appointment and they didn't have me on their schedule at all, not even for another day.She just starred at me like I was stupid, she finally had it click in her head that I wasn't going to leave so she then decided to get me in for an appointment I just had to wait over an hour. Not only did they not have my appointment they didn't receive my online forms either so I had to fill that out again. I also took a test for them which they told me I would receive results in the next couple of days which I still have not heard anything back from when I was there which was over a month ago now. So I decided to call, and guess what? They claimed I never took the test. They don't know what they are doing here and I would not come back again nor refer anyone to here.
She did a thorough job. The office had no idea about my appt. they hold me zocdoc was not synced.
I liked her very much. She listened to my concerns & did'nt rush.
Doctor was very professional and knowledgeable.
In three words: it was great! Based on my first visit I have a feeling Dr Aragon will become our family doctor. The virtue I saw in her, I haven't seen in a doctor for a long time and that is that she really cares.
Having a timer ring when your time is up, is rude in mu opinion. It tells the patient that whatever you are there for is not important enough to finished talking. Once again her staff made a mistake with one of my referrals and it's not the first time. Due to that mistake, the insurance at this time is not paying for my first visit that I had already, and today's visit was cancelled due to the same mistake. She seems to depend on her staff without checking to see if what she has them do, has been done and done correctly. I have had trouble with them getting my insurance put in the correct order. They aren't good about returning calls or responding to messages. At this rate, I am seriously considering changing Doctors. A Doctor is only as good as her staff.
Dr Aragon is always very professional. She answers your questions and helps you with whatever problems you're concerned about.
I appreciate that the Doctor takes her time to talk to you and is easy going.
I liked the doctor and all, but I don't like the fact that I have to go somewhere to get my blood work done. And only time she touched me was to listen to me breath. I don't know, are doctors not required to touch patients anymore?
Very professional and easy to talk to! Listened to my needs and respected them. Sent me in the right direction to get the help I need while still assisting me with anything extra! Great doctor, really listens to suggestions and how you as a patient feels. Gives an easy resolution and makes you feel comfort.
I think her herself is ok, I had come it and asked for help with a specific problem which I had to reiterate again after she came in because she started offering me advice on other problems, which while appreciated shouldn't have been the focus. I was in the office a total of 2 hours and 20 minutes. It was a crazy wait time and for an hour of that I was sitting in the office even though I had filled out most of the paper work the previous day. We were a little late to the appointment, but that is ridiculous! Hopefully next appointment goes better.
Just wonderful she will be a good doctor for me, YEAH !!!!! R.C. Sanders
My visit was enjoyable and the staff is always considerate and helpful. Dr Aragon answered my questions and gave me the information I requested. My wait was very minimal which is appreciated.
While the wait may have been a bit excessive, it was worth it. Dr. Aragon was very thorough with here exam . More thorough than my Last Doctor who will not be named here. My main focus is getting control of type 2 Diabetes. After talking with her and explaining my current meds and what i was doing to control this issue, A plan was made there and then. I was set up for the A1C i need and am over due for, and she suggested a few other procedures that I was never offered by the previous Doctor, which i accepted to have done. Dr Aragon seems to really be into her profession. That I like!! I wanted a Doctor that wants to be a Doctor and I think I have finally found that in Dr Aragon.
Dr. Aragon is a nice, thorough, and knowledgeable Doctor, however her office is not as well run as others I have been to. The wait was extremely long both times I visited, and the waiting room was crowded and almost chaotic. I was given some follow up lab tests to do and I did not feel that the follow up was sufficient. They did not contact me about abnormal results, instead I had to contact them and did not receive a call back initially. I suggest that they improve their timeliness and be more proactive in contacting patients when they have abnormal test results to discuss the next steps.
The Dr and her assistant were friendly knowledgeable patient and kind we will be utilizing this no frills not pretentious office as our primary care from now on. :)
No complaints against Dr Sierra De Aragon, but was pretty upset when I got there and found out my insurance was not in network with her when the zocdoc website said she proudly accepts my insurance. >:l
I enjoy the consultation time as she is a great listener and follow up expert. I am fairly busy yet organized and like to spend less time as possible wasting time. It would be helpful to offer free Wifi for those waiting to check emails, join conference calls, ect... Overall great doctor and nursing staff. Big thanks for assisting me with better health.
Besides the wait, it was one of the best experiences I have ever had
She Very caring and understanding and show She care
Dr De Aragon is very kind and compassionate. She takes her time with you, doesn't rush you and takes the time to explain things thoroughly. The office staff is wonderful too!
The receptionist were not super nice but oh well, the nurse was kind and helpful. I had to wait a really long time to see the doctor, I had to leave and then come back cause it was taking too long. Dr Sierra was good but I wish the long wait wouldn't kill my experience with them
She was great and gave me a few different options for treatment however I've been calling about lab results for a few days now and it always goes to voicemail and I have yet to receive a call back.
Very satisfied with this initial visit with the doctor. Only complaint was I waited about 2 hours past appointment time to see her.
Dr. Dr Aragon was fine, but I was disappointed that I never got a call back with the results of the tests she ordered. I called back and left a message but never got a response. Not a huge deal because I'm feeling fine now, but would have been nice to have the office call me instead of vice versa.
Wonderful Doctor and takes her time to speak with you!!
Dr Sierra de Aragon takes the time to listen and has helped me through many health problems. Don't know what I'd do without her! Thanks Dr Ana!
Doctor was great. Had to wait 45minutes to get in. The front desk needs to be more pleasant and improve their attitude.
Worth waiting for! This was a last-minute appointment, and late afternoon, so I expected to wait. Dr. Aragon is thorough, professional and reassuring. Love how she always gives me two choices of how we can treat whatever it is! Really makes me feel like a partner in my own healthcare.
Dr. Aragon was very knowledgable. The reason our wait time was so long was not their fault. It was due to insurance issues. We were very satisfied with the entire staff there.
She is an awesome Doctor, but her staff needs additional training!!
She is very detail oriented and gets to the bottom.of the problem. I look forward to continuing my care with her
Calm and competent! She has a very soothing, reassuring demeanor. I liked the fact that the exam tables are low for the patient and can be raised for the doctor.
Dr Aragon has been my dr for about three years. She always is very thorough and knowledgable and takes the time to go over my concerns. She has helped me through many ups and downs and I'm so glad she is my dr ??
She was wonderful. However the directions sent by ZocDoc sent me miles in the wrong direction, dropping me off at a vacant lot. Turns out the address is exactly the same in Phoenix as it is in Gilbert. You need to make sure you have the directions for Gilbert and not Phoenix. Fortunately, they let me reschedule for later in the day so I still was able to seethe Doctor.
The wait was way too long for everything; from the time I walked in to when I finally got my prescription, it took about two hours. There came a point where I had to go out and find someone to assist me! It was as if they had forgotten I was there. Very inconvenient, unprofessional (the receptionist didn't greet me and was on her cellphone), and time consuming. I won't be returning.
Best Dr ,great staff, great location
Had to wait over an hour before being seen by the Dr. He was pleasant though. And I may go back . But not if the wait is as long again.
Finally someone that cares about the tremendous amount of pain I have been in. I can't believe my other doctor just dismissed my medical problem!
She was very professional and she was great.
it was very professionalthey answered my questions and explainedhow the process worksthey are very Curtisand polite
Great Dr., staff, nurse practitioner overall great experience
