Waited over an hour to see Doc. It’s an orthopedist office with multiple doctors and X-ray machine wasn’t working properly and therefore couldn’t get my xrays done there. I’ve had a condition since childhood with my spine and another was diagnosed with my lower back a few years ago and he didn’t seem to really care because “they’re so common”. Headaches are common but people suffer from them in different ways, where some are debilitated by it. He didn’t seem to care much about my condition since I wasn’t a “surgery” patient. Because you can’t operate my spine doesn’t mean the pain isn’t there. I was in and out within 5 minutes after waiting 1.5 hours in the waiting area. Only came here because it was the earliest available and my orthopedist retired. Don’t waste your time waiting just to be viewed as another number.
