I was able to get an appointment on very short notice and early. I only had to wait five minutes before I was called back, even before I could complete paperwork. The staff was friendly, quick and efficient. The doctor was knowledgeable and answered my questions. He gave me suggestions and talked through the issues instead of just telling me what to do. I hate changing doctors, but this group made it easy and fast. They offer appointments as early as 7:30am and blood work results available online so less waiting. Overall, great place and people and my new primary care physician.

I was seen promptly. Although - given the time constraints imposed upon them - I don't think any physician can conduct a thorough enough physical exam, Dr. Brignall gave a more thorough one than most. He did not seem too hurried and fully answered questions I had. In regards to the problem, I was being seen for, he began with the most conservative approach, which I agreed with. One criticism - and this applies to just about every practitioner in today's healthcare environment - is use of computers during interaction with a patient. I feel as if they aren't truly listening, and they are trying to check off and fill in as many boxes as they can. But, like I said, this isn't a problem unique to this particular physician.

Professional, courteous appointment. Took the time to listen, discuss and diagnose my medical history and current symptoms. Thorough medical exam. Very helpful. Arrived on time and seen on time.
