Coded appointment incorrectly, should have been no charge and got a large bill and now office won’t talk to my insurance. Coded appointment twice and charged for additional labs not needed. Not trustworthy. Made me book a follow up visit too for no reason. Will not be going back. Beware.

I was 10 minutes late but filled out all paperwork online before the appointment to save time. I called the listed office number while on the way to alert them that I was running late but I was put on hold with no answer. The listed phone number must be incorrect because it was impossible to reach someone. The doctor refused to see me when I arrived. I took time off of work and left my house 1.5 hours ahead of time, unfortunately the Boston train system is terrible. I will be finding a new doctor.
