Dr. Defren was amazingly attentive to my needs and very knowledgeable of my condition. He spent an hour with me in conversation asking and answering questions and taking detailed notes. Unlike other doctors I have seen, I was treated as if I were his only patient, allowing me all the time necessary to accomplish what I was there for without feeling rushed.
