I was very pleased with my care- the staff was helpful and timely, and my time with Dr Hillman was focused and to the point. He took time to make sure I understood his prescription and answer questions for me.

I went in for a cyst on my eyelid and watery eyes. He never saw the cyst (didn't really make an effort to look) and told me I should go to a specialist. For my watery eyes he just said I had dry eye and he could give me a sample drop but I never got it and wasn't told what OTC drops would be good. I did however find out by an exam that my current glasses were not prescribed correctly. However I had to pay out of pocket for that because they do not accept Vision insurance only Health insurance and an eye exam is not covered.
He was very knowledgable, professional, & brief
I went to see Dr. Hillman's office in an emergency (scratched my cornea). The experience was pleasurable. Staff was friendly, no long wait and I had a concise eye examine. I'm recommending Dr. Hillman and staff to my friends and family.

I waited over an hour past my appointment time and he looked at my eye for ten minutes. I didn't feel that my time was valued.
